Bonita foto de noche, con una luz difficil a controlar. Para mi, el trozo de arbol no es necessario, pero menos esto es una buena foto de architectura ;)

A stellar shot! The dark sky against the illuminated building are so magnificent. The killer for me is the branches on the right of the frame which shows a unique perspective.
